RETURNS & CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer satisfaction is our top priority. All products bought online from MYSPACEAGE.COM are non-returnable unless they are damaged during delivery. In such case, the goods will be replaced with new one within a period of 15 days from the date of reporting of such damage to us by the purchaser. It is hereby clarified and understood that the purchaser has placed the order after being fully satisfied with the description, details and features of the relevant product.

REFUND POLICY

All products bought online from MYSPACEAGE.COM are non-refundable unless there is any manufacturing defect or they are damaged during delivery. In such case, the goods will be replaced with new one within a period of 15 days from the date of reporting of such damage to us by the purchaser. In case the person chooses not to get the products exchanged, they are eligible for a refund if the product is properly returned under the policy mentioned below. If we accept your refund, it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 3-5 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs, taxes and levies. An email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

THE DAMAGED PRODUCTS RETURNED MUST BE NEW AND UNUSED. 'NEW AND UNUSED' MEANS:

  • there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the product, save and except the damaged part/ portion.
  • there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the packaging.
  • the product packaging is unopened.
  • the product must not have been sized or altered in any way.

We cannot accept a return of any product with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned products must be accompanied by their original documentation. All products properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund. If we accept your refund, it will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card within 3-5 working days from processing your return and will exclude shipping costs, taxes and levies. An email will be sent once your refund has been processed.

HERE IS THE PROCEDURE FOR RETURNING A PRODUCT TO SPACEAGE MULTIPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED:

  1. Indicate on the packing slip the nature and extent of damage.
  2. Repack the product in its original packaging materials and enclose the packing slip.
  3. Write your Order Number clearly on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return Prepaid and Insured for the full purchase price by a traceable carrier such as the Indian Postal Service registered mail, Courier Service to the address below.

If you are returning a product because it was shipped in error by SPACEAGE MULTIPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED, we will pay the return shipping costs. In no event will SPACEAGE MULTIPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED be responsible for return shipping costs for products returned to us for other reasons.

PLEASE NOTE: SPACEAGE MULTIPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED will not accept any product that is not returned in the manner set forth above. A return of some products in an order may void a multiple-purchase discount. It is hereby clarified that incase of any defect in the ordered products, please contact the Customer Support Cell of M/s SPACEAGE MULTIPRODUCTS PRIVATE LIMITED who shall extend complete after sales service for the product purchased from MYSPACEAGE.COM. Merchandise that has been special ordered will be subject to a 20% restocking fee upon return. It takes us approximately 3 - 5 days to process your refund once the product is back in our possession; we will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
